While she appreciates and is thankful for her distinctions, they are not why she does her job. Marsha doesn't believe in altruism; she does what makes her feel good, and helping people does that for her. Everything she does has a purpose - to benefit her clients, family and her community. Marsha finds great satisfaction in doing things that seem undoable, and she truly enjoys enabling her clients to do things they never thought possible, such as owning their own home or upgrading to their "dream" home. Marsha is committed to keeping up with real estate trends in the market and annually attends continuing education opportunities and real estate coaching, where she networks with fellow agents. Marsha is careful to surround herself with a support team that buys into her business philosophy and work ethic. Marsha's sons Laban and Levi are also licensed agents. Levi, earning his license in 2001, sold over 5 million in 2007 in sales himself. Laban earned his license in 2003 and sold over 3 million also. He enjoys working with buyers. Laban was 1997 Pennsylvania State Pole Vault champion from McDowell High School and was the state record holder at 16'1" for a decade. He goes "over the top" with his real estate business as well. It is important to note that Marsha's mother, Shirley Hammerlee, was a successful real estate agent in the 60's and 70's. She put her license in escrow while working for the Redevelopment Authority and in 1999 took it out of escrow to work with Marsha for a short time ... the market had changed significantly, so as of today, she continues to "counsel" Marsha in the fine art of selling Real Estate. Marsha's husband Greg earned his license in 2005 and is working with "The Marshs MARSH TEAM" as the transaction coordinator..in other words the one who brings the whole transaction together. It is a real "TEAM" effort and we want to include you on the winning team for all your real estate needs.
